John Cena To Retire From WWE

John Cena is a professional wrestler for the WWE and is arguably the most famous wrestler since Hulk Hogan or Andre the Giant. He has been able to grasp the hearts of millions with his don’t give up attitude and it is his popularity that allowed for him to become the WWE Champion in the hearts of fans. He was able to hold the title previously for one year before it was taken from Daniel Byran. Today is was revealed that John Cena will be retiring from the WWE in two years time and won’t be returning to the WWE at any other point during his life.

John Cena

This information came as a shock to many as John Cena is known as the saviour of the WWE and without him there will be a hole in the WWE that cannot be replaced. John Cena confirmed his retirement saying this, “I know it has come as a surprise to many that I will be retiring in two years time. My fans must understand that I am getting older and so are my children, I want to be the kind of father who is there for my children every morning and night. Staying with the WWE won’t allow for me to do this and that is why I am retiring. I won’t return to the WWE for an out of retirement match but I will stand just as Jesse Ventura did and move onto new avenues in my life. I’m not sure where those avenues will take me but it won’t be the WWE.”

The “Edge”

Adam Copeland, more formally known as Edge from the WWE is a wrestler that first started working for the WWE back in 1990. He became one of the most beloved and famous wrestlers known to the WWE and his famous move “the spear” allowed for him to grow as an wrestler due to its incredible power and the fear that it brought into the hearts of fellow wrestlers. Edge was able to win four separate WWE titles during the course of his career as a wrestler.

The Edge

Today it was revealed that Edge will be returning to the WWE for one season in order to defeat “The Shield” once and for all. This doesn’t surprise many as earlier on last year Edge appeared on the WWE during their Toronto showcasing, during which he and his former partner Christian were attacked by The Shield. After The Shield seriously injured his old partner Christian, Edge took it upon himself to use his beloved spear on the shield and then disappeared from the WWE once again. There were rumors that Edge would return to work alongside Christian once again in order to defeat The Shield but those rumors weren’t confirmed till earlier on today.

Adam Copeland said this, “I never wanted to return to the WWE but after The Shield took Christian from the WWE for six months due to his ankle injury, I knew that once Christian returned, I would have to as well in order to help him take out The Shield.”

Dead Space Franchise Terminated

Dead Space, a video game horror franchise that puts players in the role of Isaac Clark. Mr. Clark is a previous mechanic aboard a ship when a virus plagues the entire ship, brining horror and death upon the vessel. Players had to go through short yet narrow hallways as they turned around sharp corners only to find horrific creatures try to attack them. When the series was first introduced to players back in 2008 people couldn’t help but to fall in love with Dead Space which resulted in two sequels being developers, creating a trilogy franchise in the process.

Today Visceral Games, the developers behind Dead Space announced that there wouldn’t be a sequel to the third installment of Dead Space. This didn’t come as a surprise to many as there has been no rumors or announcements relating to a new installment in the franchise being developed. Instead there has been rumors that Visceral Games is working on a new shooter that takes place once again in the future, instead of being a horror video game rumors indicate that this new installment will be an action game that focuses heavily on multiplayer.

Visceral Games made this statement, “Unfortunately we will not be developing any more installments into the Dead Space franchise and EA has also let us know that no other developers will take on the franchise as their own. Both EA Games and ourselves believe that a three part trilogy was the best option for Dead Space and that developing another game would dishonor it’s memory.”
